Limited Merchandise WarrantiesTideLine Design, Inc®. (”TLDI”) represents (sells, distributes) several different manufacturers’ products. Each of these Manufacturers have different return policies. Generally most of the manufacturers will replace or repair defective hardware if as a result of product defects. TLDI offers limited warranties on the products it sells. By default, TLDI follows the warranty policies of said manufacturers. TideLine Design, Inc. does NOT accept returns on products that have been used by the Client. Our policy is to fix broken properties. If it is determined by TLDI that the products are not faulty, we will fix said properties at the Clients expense. If it is determined by TLDI that the product is under warranty It is ALWAYS the responsibility of the Client to cover the costs of the shipping to the manufacturer for repair. At that point it is strictly up to the manufacturer to determine whether or not they will cover the return shipment. This warranty is only valid if purchased from TideLine Design, Inc.. This policy applies to original purchaser only and cannot be transferred or sold to any other individual or company. No product registration is required to take advantage of the warranty. TideLine Design, Inc. will replace or repair all damaged hardware due to faulty craftsmanship. Claims are to be in writing and supported by a letter of explanation and photos to support claims. TLDI reserves the right to inspect hardware and exclude warranty claims that have resulted from vandalism, theft, negligence, fire, natural disasters, modifications, or losses in shipment. Claims of this nature should be discussed with your insurance. Lifetime hardware warranty does not apply to graphics, or electronic equipment whether supplied by or added separately of by the Client. Client is responsible for returning the damaged products to TLDI, and to cover any costs associated with returning the display. If the product is determined to be a warranted item, TLDI will replace, repair, or fix said damages. In the event the product was manufacturered by another company the Client is responsible for covering the cost of returning the product to the original manufacturer for repair. This to be determined by the damage and level of responsibility of TideLine Design, Inc. Warranty repairs will be done on a standard turn basis (approximately 7 to 14 workdays). Expedited conditions may incur additional charges by the Client. Please contact you Customer Service or Account Representative or for questions concerning this policy.
