Return Policy
Disclaimer:
TideLine Design, Inc®. (”TLDI”) is pleased to offer our clients a limited merchandise return policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of accepting returns. TLDI reserves the sole right to refuse any return or exchange claim of any purchased product or service. All sales and/or acceptance of merchandise and services are automatic acceptance of our policies. This return policy is only valid for products purchased from TLDI. This policy applies to original purchaser only and cannot be transferred or sold to any other individual or company.
Return Process:
TLDI takes great pride in what we supply our Clients. We stand by our work and the work of the manufacturer’s we represent. Commodity based products will be provided with disclaimers as to the product’s quality. Client accepts that with certain product price points some sacrifices in quality exist. Upon finding fault with any product pruchased from TLDI the Client will first contact a TLDI customer service representitive (”CSR”) and provide a written letter of explanation along with support photos to support said claims. TLDI’s first response is to repair damaged hardware due to faulty craftsmanship. Depending on the circumstance the CSR will either automatically send out a replacement part or instruct from there. In ALL situations, the Client is responsible for the return shipment back to either TLDI or the TLDI Manufactuer, NO exceptions. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.
TLDI reserves the right to inspect hardware and exclude refunds in situations that are not a direct result of defect or have been in the customers possession for more than 90 days. Once merchandise has been used for the purpose it was purchased for, TLDI reserves the right to refuse a refund. After the 90 day grace period or if the merchandise or service was used, TLDI may accept the used merchandise. TLDI will assess a rental fee for the time and materials used.
General “no use” Returns:
It is TLDI’s general policy to NOT accept merchandise, product or services once they have been pruchased regardless of whether they have been used or not. If TLDI does agree to accept a purchased merchandise there will be a 35% restocking fee. Graphics are not a returnable item, once graphics are approved and accepted they are considered sold “As Is”. Client is responsible for returning the damaged merchandise to TLDI, and cover any costs associated with returning the display or goods.
